[jira] [Commented] (QPID-7211) [Java Broker, WMC] Do not transfer
inherited context variables

Lorenz Quack commented on QPID-7211:
------------------------------------
To not break backwards compatibility we should not change the current behaviour of the broker but instead we should add a new flag (e.g. "excludeInheritedContext") and make changes to the WMC to make use of that flag where appropriate.
The behaviour change on the broker can be considered for v7

> currently for all configured objects we transfer the complete inherited context.
> We should only send the values that have been set on the object.
> Of course, there must remain a way to get the inherited context as well.
> For compatibility we transmit effective values but in the future (v7?) we want to send actual values.
