As of PHOENIX-966, there is no longer a need to put the client jar in the internal lib directory of Squirrel (or other SQL tools). The documentation at http://phoenix.apache.org/download.html#SQL-Client should be updated to reflect this.

This update should only be done once PHOENIX-966 is in a released version (i.e. 3.1 and 4.1).
