While downloads from Apache.org don't seem to provide stats due to mirrors around the world, it should be possible to do so on Devicemap-VM for the /data folders.
Offering an overview, which version(s) were accessed from there how often over time.
It seems, the VM's static content is hosted by nginx, not Apache httpserver ;-)
If not already enabled, there are tips on how to monitor/analyze it:
