In INFRA-9391 coveralls.io has been activated for the Apache Commons Lang GitHub mirror at https://github.com/apache/commons-lang. The coveralls integration works, but the thresholds are not configured. Please configure coveralls thresholds.

For this, someone has to login at coveralls and go to https://coveralls.io/r/apache/commons-lang. At the bottom of the page is a settings section. Please set 
* COVERAGE THRESHOLD FOR FAILURE: 90%
* COVERAGE DECREASE THRESHOLD FOR FAILURE: 3%
