Thanks. To save having to reverse engineer the regex since we'll need to
double-check the work, what TLDs did you add? Also, did you use the latest
iana file? And one last question, is there an in the wild spam issue with the
TLD?

As far as I am concerned, the gig was up when they accepted the biz TLD (which
is indistinguishable from com except in name).
This patch is just following instructions so there shouldn't be a need for a
CLA, though I am surprised you don't have one already.
Committed revision 1700812.

As a side note, a quick search of today's logs I've seen spam from
.aaa
.auto
.lol

imo:
the official IANA TLD list should be AUTOCREATED in a 10_tlds.cf on a regular
(daily?) basis and keep 20_aux_tlds.cf for 2nd/3rd level TLDs only.

New lines added as per the instructions from the 20_aux_tlds file:
wget http://data.iana.org/TLD/tlds-alpha-by-domain.txt -O - | tail -n+2 | grep
-i 'xn--' | tr '\n' ' ' | fold -w 80 -s | perl -e 's/^/util_rb_tld / && print
lc while <>' && echo
Attached the newly added TLDs
I've not noticed in the wild issues, but being able to detect these new TLDs
for DNSBL lookups would be handy.
AXB - Seems sensible, given certain checks etc
