[Apache Bloodhound] #370: Add ticket fields in i.a.o create ticket shortcut

#370: Add ticket fields in i.a.o create ticket shortcut
--------------------------+-----------------
  Reporter: olemis | Owner:
      Type: enhancement | Status: new
  Priority: major | Version: 0.4.0
Resolution: |
--------------------------+-----------------
At least component and priority fields should be added in create ticket
shortcut @ i.a.o . Now we have the same problem we used to have before
with description : we have to edit component + priority after using it .

New description:

At least component field (priority or severity would be nice ;) should be
added in create ticket shortcut @ i.a.o . Now we have the same problem we
used to have before with description : we have to edit component +
 priority after using it

PS: ... or what is worst , is component field empty after quick create
 ticket invocation ?
