[ANNOUNCE] Apache ActiveMQ 5.16.2 has been released

The Apache ActiveMQ team is pleased to announce Apache ActiveMQ 5.16.2 release.

This releases includes fixes, improvements and dependency updates, especially:

- improvements on the ActiveMQ Karaf features
- improvements on JDK 9+ support for ConfigurationRuntimePlugin
