[DISCUSS] Pekko HTTP 2.0.0-M2 release?

Hi,
It's about 8 months since 2.0.0-M1. There are quite a lot of
unreleased changes including the Websocket Compression changes that
the Play Framework team are waiting on.
There are a lot of unmerged PRs but if they don't get merged, they can
be included in 2.0.0-M3.

Does anyone think that we should wait or do we think it's ok to press
ahead? I plan to prioritise the 1.x releases but it would be good to
get this released sooner rather than later.

I can act as release manager but if anyone else wants to take on the
role, get in touch.
