   1. Transaction persistence to Elasticsearch
   2. Add transaction query API based on Elasticsearch
   3. Refactoring Acceptance Test merge multiple cucumber features
   4. Remove the support of spring-boot-1 from CI I will create a JIRA for it.
    * Alpha will only be compatible with spring-boot-2.x
    * Omega compatible with spring-boot-1.x and spring-boot-2.x, but we only need to test spring-boot-2.x when we release it. Because 1.x line of Spring Boot ceases maintenance on Aug 1st, 2020
