lenya & jdk 1.5

i took a shot at getting lenya 1.2.3-dev and 1.4-dev to compile and run 
with jdk 1.5.

if you follow the instructions in

http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=34191

and use cocoon 2.1.7,

it will compile without problems and work, too.

i didn't test extensively though, so take it with a grain of salt..

now, if only xalan would get off their asses and fix
