SQL scripts and reference logs

I’m thinking of adding a mechanism to Optiq (but usable outside of Optiq) for running SQL test scripts. I hope to avoid some of the pain of traditional SQL scripts and reference files. Just at the requirements stage, so now would be a great time to chime in.
