[Bug 58561] Error loading csv csv file column headers are not saving first row coming empty.

You most probably have a mismatch between the jmeter properties used during
load test and the ones used for graphing.
Maybe :
jmeter.save.saveservice.print_field_names=true

Anyway this is not a bug, please use mailing list for this.
