Hi Thilini,
Please find the reviewed patch herewith. As per our discussion off-line, there are number of changes to be made. carefully inspect all the changes i have done and apply them to the sequence and rest of the artifacts that are to be versioned. As per our discussions following are a summary of  the milestones to be completed in priority order. 

1. go through the patch and continue finishing versioned 'Main Sequence' dispatching and other cases.
2. Add some base test cases for Sequence Versioning 
3. Complete versioning of other artifacts - Endpoints , Proxy Servces , Tasks , Message Processors/Stores
4. add test cases for versioned artifacts to existing tests
5. Add samples / documentation
6. improve test cases
