[ANNOUNCEMENT] XmlSchema 1.4.5 released

I'm content to announce the availability of Apache XmlSchema version 1.4.5.
1.4.5 is a bugfix release, containing the following fixes:

WSCOMMONS-460
targetNamespace in schema without a prefixed namespace also defined can
cause empty namespace to be overwritten.

WSCOMMONS-447
Serializer requires a namespace context.

WSCOMMONS-426
Serialization gets NPE with no namespace context.

WSCOMMONS-283
Package XmlSchema as on OSGi bundle.
