Enhancing Airavata Registry to Store Execution Exceptions

Hi Dev's,

The Registry does not have a place to catalog fine grained exceptions resulting from workflow executions. I am not sure if this will be a big feature addition. I will discuss with some of you offline and post back details on what I learn on what needs to be done so we can decide on how to approach this enhancement.
