That URL is not there, but I found the FIN_WAIT_2 in the 'known bugs' list
by now. Sorry for not RTFM.
As there is a patch for BSDI on the Apache site: has anyone thought of
submitting this to polk@bsdi.com to make it an official patch ?

Oh yea, BSDI's latest kernel patches for 2.1 add a timeout for FIN_WAIT_2
just because of all the people using Apache 1.2 beta and having troubles.
