[DISCUSS] Release Apache jclouds 2.1.0 RC2

This thread is for discussion of the second release candidate for Apache
jclouds 2.1.0.

Please use this thread for discussion of issues uncovered in the RC,
questions you may have about the RC, etc.

If you want to help to validate the release, you'll find a set of scripts
and the corresponding instructions here:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/JCLOUDS/Validate+a+Release

You can also go run live tests for your preferred providers and post the
results here, or use the projects in the jclouds-examples repo, such as the
"compute-basics" to rapidly smoke test the providers you are interested in:
https://github.com/jclouds/jclouds-examples

Thank you!

-1 votes are release vetoes so I'll cancel the vote in a while.

It's kinda frustrating to find issues like this in Nova after such an
amount of time testing it and after almost an entire RC1 verification cycle.

Cutting a release takes a considerable amount of time and volunteer effort.
It is not only the release but also the release notes and blog posts about
new features (where, unfortunately, despite the effort to describe an
integration I didn't write directly, the PR got little help on its
content). And I don't have enough volunteer time, will, and cycles to cut
RC3.

Andrea, anyone, feel free to take it over when the issue is fixed.

I'm afraid I found an issue with rc2 for openstack; although we put a huge
effort to support neutron from nova for security groups management,
jclouds-nova is not able to deal with floating ip when managed by Neutron
instead of Nova.

I think this is a -1

Blobstore integration tests show similar results to 2.0.3 and much
improved over 2.1.0-rc1. We have some new tests for storage classes
that show a number of expected failures against DreamObjects (S3 clone)
which does not support this feature.
