[APEXMALHAR-2220] Move the FunctionOperator to Malhar library
Merge function operators under org.apache.apex.malhar.stream.api.operator and function interface under org.apache.apex.malhar.stream.api.function into org.apache.apex.malhar.lib.function.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/d9liang/apex-malhar APEXMALHAR-2220
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
