Now on HiveMind 1.1-alpha-4-snapshot

Well, that was a quick interval of stability.  If you are building
Tapestry from CVS now, you need to build HiveMind from CVS as well,
and copy the hivemind*-1.1-alpha-4-snapshot.jar files to
jakarta-tapestry/ext-dist/lib.

Why?

Because someone pointed out theat hivemind.lib.AdapterRegistryFactory
and etc.,etc.,etc. is not *adapters* but *strategies*.  Thus an
avalance of renames.
