CommunityMetrics precommit failing

Hi all,
I noticed that recently the community metrics precommit job started failing
with

dockerpycreds.errors.InitializationError: docker-credential-gcloud not
installed or not available in PATH

error. Here's a link to a failing job:

https://builds.apache.org/job/beam_PreCommit_CommunityMetrics_Phrase/65/console

Does anyone know how to fix this? I think we need to patch the Jenkins
workers somehow.

Have a good one!

This seems to still be failing consistently, including on beam-jenkins-1:

Tracked in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-7405

I've re-installed docker-credential-gcloud in beam1 to see if that works.

By the way, we have a JIRA for this:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-8409

It would be great if someone with SSH access to the Jenkins workers took
care of that.
