   ## Description
   The number of parameters and the number of placeholders in the log format string didn't match.
   
   ## Motivation and Context
   Regression introduced with 0a51044626c5d9f5c228e26f5badb29d8aa2ea54 (but seems
   to be not that bad, as nobody reported it in the last three years :) )
   
   ## How Has This Been Tested?
   Let the ci pipeline test this.
