Issues:
* GradientBoosting.train methods take a very large number of parameters.
* No examples for GradientBoosting

Plan:
* Use Builder constructs taking simple types to make it easier to specify BoostingStrategy parameters
* Create examples in Scala and Java to make sure it is easy to construct BoostingStrategy
