I triggered a manual update of the Git mirror.

It looks like the svn commit notification was somehow missed or misinterpreted. In such cases the Git mirror will automatically recover when the next commit is made against the codebase in svn, or latest at the end of the week when all mirrors are explicitly refreshed by a cronjob.
