environment: MAC OS 10.11.6
instruction: bash tool/travis/build.sh
After compilation, there is a Runtime Error when searching for ipywidgets, the error message is listed below:
RuntimeError: Setuptools downloading is disabled in conda build. Be sure to add all dependencies in the meta.yaml url=https://pypi.org/simple/ipywidgets/
