Drag n Drop file from Air application to outside the Application not working

Hi - In recent version of adobe air (after version 27) we are seeing issue
where we are no longer able to drag a file from within the air application
to any application outside like adobe photoshop.

We are using setData on clipboard to get this working.

Can someone please confirm if there is any change we need to make to get it
working.
