Looks a better idea : absolute numbering may be difficult ot maintain if 
lot's of plugins are implied in build process, and will not explicit wy 
a plugin is set before another (really a requirement or just because it 
was added first ?).
This requires a intelligent dependency-based ordering, something like 
the maven1 reactor ?
