I have only tried it with Maven 1.1-SNAPSHOT (CVS HEAD build) and the
latest plugins from CVS HEAD too (i.e. for the ear plugin, the version
is 1.4-SNAPSHOT). I don't think it has anything to do with the Maven
version itself.

I'd suggest you try building the Maven EJB, WAR and EAR plugins from CVS
HEAD and see if it works (these plugins are located in the maven-plugins
CVS module on cvs.apache.org).

I'll also make some tries on my machine.

Thanks
-Vincent
