   - Separated coverage-report.yml into 2 files to avoid checking out untrusted code on main repo
   - Reworked coverage report to work with forks (this needs to be tested over multiple PRs)
   
   *Note coverage-report-comment.yml needs to be on main, so there wont be a comment under this PR, but workflow should complete fine
