several questions about network offerings

Hi
I have 4.1-snapshot test installtation and what to create new network
offering. Several questions:
1. What is the difference between "firewall" and "networkACL"?
2. What is "virtual networking"?
3. By default "system offering" is none, but there is one offering there.
Should I choose it?

Can't find this features described in the docs
