Created an attachment (id=24156)
Set environment variables when only using LDAP authorization.

Alternative patch for setting the AUTHENTICATE_ variables when only doing LDAP
authorization. Default off. To enable set 'AuthLDAPAuthzSetEnvironment' to 'on'
in the Apache config.
