As part of the https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/EAGLE-95, we would be needing a UI to show the markdown details of the policies available.

The markdown details include two fields - markdownEnabled (a flag to represent whether the policy cannot be compiled by Siddhi) and markdownReason (the reason why Siddhi cannot compile the query, points out the error in the query)
