[XmlSchema] 1.4.6 release
hi,
Currently both Axis2 and woden trunks depends on the xml Schema
1.4.6-SNAPSHOT. Therefore in order to release
those project we would like to have xmlschema 1.4.6 release.
Can someone please do an xml schema 1.4.6 release? Hope 1.4.6 branch is
stable state to do a quick release.

I see that you all are energetically applying those patches. If you want to
call the release without waiting for me, don't hesitate.
I would like to patch XmlSchema into the new repository.apache.org thing if
possible, but if that waits for the next time it's not a problem.
