I tried to query a Kudu table while the Kudu master was unavailable, and got an error loading the metadata as expected. However, once I restored the master, I continued to get this error (with the cached exception message) until I manually ran 'invalidate metadata' on the table. That was not the behavior I expected (I figured that the exception would be negative-cached for only a few seconds or something)
