I have nothing against these patches (did not review nor tested) but should we not provide something to generate these data rather than having to create them each year?
This something could be a service ran by a job each year. There are maybe other aspects which could be covered this way... I remembed I created demo data for BI for 10 years ahead for instance...

Hi Jacques,
I think one simple solution is variable substitution of ${thisFormat} would
suffice. If I remember correctly I think variable substitution happens
before invoking the entity engine.
