Hi Fernando,

have you checked out https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/core.html#mutex? I
think that your concerns might be better addressed on IRC (Freenode #httpd) or
the users@ mailing list https://httpd.apache.org/lists.html#http-users.
