Make DetectPoint in Mesh gRPC protocol, DetectPoint in Source, and SpanSrcType convert to each other right. In old codes, enum SpanSrcType#Entry and DetectPoint#Server in Source have different enum value, but the current codes assume they are same which causes numberOfService incorrect.
