Jackrabbit Oak 1.22.22 Release Plan

Hi,

I'm planning to cut Jackrabbit Oak 1.22.22 tomorrow.

The list of open issues scheduled for 1.22.22 is empty:

The CI tests are passing (except for occasionally failing flaky tests):
