Errors in simple demo HTMLParser

Dears,

I found HTMLParser is throwing error in these situations:

- non-ascii characters in COMMENTS (<!-- -->), ALT param of IMG tag and in 
TITLE param of A tag (spec allows everything for example national 
characters)
- there can be other parameters that doesn`t accept these characters...

Anyone can fix it? I do not understand JavaCC :-(((
