Log 4J Help

Hi All,

How to use log4j for database logging?
Is there any comparision document between log4j and weblogic non-catalog =
logger?
What are the pro's and con's of log4j?
How can we suggest to the customers that Log4J is better than any other =
logger?

Any comments/feedback/pointers to info source will be REALLY REALLY =
appreciated.
