[jira] [Created] (PHOENIX-6825) Create a new metric phoenix.connection.creation.time.ms to track time spent in creating connection.

Rushabh Shah created PHOENIX-6825:
-------------------------------------

Summary: Create a new metric phoenix.connection.creation.time.ms to track time spent in creating connection.
                 Key: PHOENIX-6825
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PHOENIX-6825
             Project: Phoenix
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: core
            Reporter: Rushabh Shah

Sometimes we have noticed that it takes long time to create a phoenix connection. Metric to show that would be helpful.
