Please send me the following info off-line (trawick@apache.org):

the two .so files
dump -THv /path/to/apache2/httpd

Note that it is only fairly recently that PHP has included the right ldflags for
AIX.  4.3.0 was definitely broken.  I don't know what PHP versions have the fix.

Regarding mod_jrun*...  I corresponded with somebody some weeks ago regarding
that but the last I heard was that the vendor was going to look into the issue,
and I never got a copy of the module to look at.
