## Description:
   The Apache Gora open source framework provides an in-memory data model
   and persistence for big data. Gora supports persisting to column stores,
key
   value stores, document stores and RDBMSs, and analyzing the data with
   extensive Apache Hadoop MapReduce support.

## Activity:
 - Our GSoC efforts have come to fruition with one successful project
completed
   and committed to the master codebase, new community members and numerous
   blog posts on a number of high visibility sites. This is Gora's 3rd year
as
   a participant in GSoC. We are very close to a 0.6.1 release of the
codebase.

## Health report:
 - Mailing list activity has remained fairly steady over the last three
months with
   minor levels of growth evident. We are very close to a 0.6.1 release so
we may
   see more activity if we can make this release.

## Issues:
 - there are no issues requiring board attention at this time

## LDAP committee group/Committership changes:

 - Currently 20 committers and 20 LDAP committee group members.
 - No new LDAP committee group members added in the last 3 months
 - No new committers added in the last 3 months
 - Last committer addition was Talat Uyarer at Mon Jan 26 2015

## Releases:

 - Last release was 0.6 on Thu Feb 19 2015

## Mailing list activity:

 - dev@gora.apache.org:
    - 72 subscribers (up 1 in the last 3 months):
    - 312 emails sent to list (139 in previous quarter)

 - user@gora.apache.org:
    - 66 subscribers (up 2 in the last 3 months):
    - 8 emails sent to list (38 in previous quarter)


## JIRA activity:

 - 12 JIRA tickets created in the last 3 months
