Shebang for Windows

Hi all,

I would like to use the /usr/bin/perl shebang line under Windows in my Perl
scripts.
Is it possible to define an alias in httpd.conf file that for /usr/bin/perl
it will point to C:\perl\bin\perl if I will use /usr/bin/perl in my scripts?
