Sebb, this is within NTP's allowable drift limit. You most likely caught it before it synced up.
We do have NTP being monitored on all the puppet3 hosts, and upon seeing this ticket, I checked and home.a.o is not alerting.
Closing as "Won't Fix" because ntp will fix it, and if not we'll get an alert about it and fix it then.
