Sorry, i didn´t detect the "cmd"-stuff.
AFAIK you can´t 'cd' into such a directory. But you can get files directly
from there.

exactly. you can mount them, even mount a WebDAV filesystem in WinXP but
you cannot make a UNC path a current directory.
