[VOTE] OpenEJB 3.0.1 release

Ok, finally have some binaries up to evaluate.

Here's the staging repo:

   https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/staging-4e7d489695f920/

The tag:

   http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/openejb/tags/openejb-3.0.1/

Didn't roll any user zips/tars as this release only contains a handful
of fixes focused on Geronimo specifically who really only needs the
jars. Non-Geronimo users should be using the current 3.1 release.

The vote will be open for 72 hours.
