jk and jk2 doc on jakarta site

What about moving documentation for jk and jk2 to :

http://jakarta.apache.org/jakarta-tomcat-connectors/jk/
http://jakarta.apache.org/jakarta-tomcat-connectors/jk2/

And make ref to them from :

http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/ (documentation)

and

http://jakarta.apache.org/ (subproject)

The actual location are:
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-connectors/jk/doc/
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-connectors/jk2/doc/
May be that is a bit too hidden.

The Tomcat 4.1 documentation links to a "combined" jk/jk2 version of the
documentation.

The jakarta-tomcat-connectors" is a subproject of Tomcat not of Jakarta.
