TcProvider can Implement an additional Subinterface (say SparqlTcProvider) allowing to pass Sparql-queries to them. If a sparql query passed to TcManager affects only graphs provided by the same SparqTcProvider then the query is forwarded to that provider, otherwise the current process applies.
