Who is responsible for serialization code?

Hi all,

sorry for bothering you again with my question. But who is responsible for the
serialization code to be found under org.apache.xml.serialize that is coming
with the Xerces CVS?

Three days agao I reported a bug in xml serialization but did not get any
response until today.
