Oak 1.0.16 release plan

Hi all,

I would like to create a 1.0.16 release as soon as
possible to address OAK-3028. The issue causes data
inconsistencies, which can only be fixed by manipulating
data on the DocumentStore level.

I plan to create the release tomorrow. So, please resolve
issues by then or move them to 1.0.17. I will reschedule
the remaining open issue before the release.
